Get set early and the shot is yours to steer: depth, angle, pace. Arrive late and you are stretched — the reply comes back short, and the court opens behind you. Drives, slices, drops, lobs, volleys, smashes and three serves.

Ten stroke ladders and footwork drills, one demand per level: move, charge, steer, release, recover. The coach calls the corner, the machine feeds, the zone lights up when you land it. Your progress stays on your machine.
