Delete your account

This page is the data-deletion instruction for accounts created on epicrallytennis.com, including accounts signed in with Google or Facebook.

In the game (fastest)

• Open epicrallytennis.com/play and sign in.
• Select your name at the top right → Account → Delete account → confirm.

By e-mail

Write to [email protected] from the e-mail address on your account (or tell us the display name and the provider you signed in with). We confirm within 30 days.

What happens

• Every session is signed out at once.
• The account is removed after a 14-day grace period; signing in again during those 14 days cancels the deletion. After that, the e-mail address, sign-in identities, display name, birth year, country, any membership record and your match recordings are erased.
• Encrypted backups that still hold the old data expire within a further 14 days.
• If you signed in with Google or Facebook, we delete the provider identity we stored; the connection also disappears from your provider's "apps" list when you remove it there, and nothing further is read from it.
